Booking Policy

At Jawaher Education, we are committed to providing every student with high-quality, personalized learning. To make sure our tutoring sessions run smoothly, we ask all parents and students to review the following policies before booking:

1. Attendance & Punctuality:

  • Students must arrive/log in on time for their lesson.

  • Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for late arrivals; after this time, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • To reschedule, please use your booking link or contact us directly.

3. Payments:

  • All sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

  • Packages must be completed within the agreed time frame (e.g., 4 weeks for a 4-session package).

4. Student Preparedness:

  • Students should come ready with their materials (notebooks, textbooks, assignments, etc.).

  • For online sessions, students should ensure their internet connection, camera, and microphone are working properly.

5. Session Recordings:

  • All tutoring sessions are recorded for auditing, quality assurance, and training purposes.

  • Recordings are stored securely and are not shared publicly.

  • Parents may request access to a recording if needed for review.

6. Parent Involvement:

  • For younger students, we encourage parents to help with logging in and ensuring a quiet learning environment.

  • Parents may request session progress updates directly from the tutor or via email.

7. Respect & Professionalism:

  • Tutors and students are expected to treat each other with respect.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination.

8. Agreement:

  • By booking a session, parents and students acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this policy.
